118 Water Street sits across the street from the historic Old Town Hall and in sight of the river, this is a more modern building than others we’ve worked with. After a modest renovation it now houses two apartments and the Almonte Massage Therapy Clinic. Architect Peter Mansfield has designed additional residential space above to enjoy the river views.
